What's with the doors?

Hey... the doors don't all work. I have to call my landlord to have them fixed. I don't have a landlord. Ok... I need Josh's help here, but until I get them fixed, I can still get around by useing that magical map that came with the place. All I have to do is touch the room I want to be in and voila, an instrument appears... either that or I end up in the room that I touched. Also, I have a list of everything in my apartment that has the same magical quality.
